WHAT I DO

I work with leadership teams to understand whether the story their organization is telling publicly actually reflects who they are internally.

When there’s a gap between identity and perception, people feel it. It creates confusion, disconnection, and a lack of trust. My work is to identify that gap and help organizations align the two.

My Philosophy

My work is rooted in how I see the world as a photographer. I’ve spent years studying how people see themselves and how they are seen by others. That same lens applies to institutions.

I’ve come to believe that the truth of an organization already exists within it. It exists within its people, culture, and values. But that truth isn’t always reflected in how the organization shows up publicly.

My role is to help uncover that truth and build a narrative that actually reflects it.
